Online-Caregiver Support Group Meeting

Coping with Dementia is conducting our Care Partner Networking Support Groups on line, using ZOOM. This is a way of getting and providing support, connecting with others around the country, and attending them from your home at a time that works for you.
We will continue to host these networking groups weekly. They have been a great way to take down the geographical barriers. No matter where you live, you can connect and get support in the journey of being a care partner for a person living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
Support Groups are one of the ways to know that you are not alone. You may even have a smile when you leave.

I have been looking for something like this for a LONG time. Thank You. My name is Lynne Gallo, and I am taking care of Dad of 100 yrs old! Physically he is OK, but he is struggling with dementia. Well..I think I am struggling more than he! His Name is Arthur Gallo. I am going to do my best to come on Wednesday….one never knows what tomorrow brings. I have Visiting Angels come 5 days a week, so I think I will be able to make it. I hope to see you then…..
Lynne, I am glad that you have visited my website and found some beneficial information. There is a support group tomorrow at Cornerstone Church. I also do one at Crystal River Library. There is also a Coping with Dementia Conference on September 13th. I will add you to my mailing list for the monthly e-newsletter which has events that you may find of interest.
