• Is an overview of the symptoms and characteristics of dementia.
• What is the difference between Alzheimer’s and dementia?
• What is happening to this person physically and chemically?
• The deficits the person with dementia is losing.
• How to better recognize a person living with dementia.
• What we can do to better understand and interact with a person
living with dementia.
Ways to keep a person safe
This workshop is to provide a better quality of life for both the caregiver and the person living with dementia. This is free and open to the public.
